Ok, so for the sake of keeping track:
On the treadmill I walked for 5 minutes, and then ran for 15. I thought I'd done really well, but I didn't seem to be as out of breath as I had been when I ran for 10 on Thursday. I'm wondering if it's because I had my Cosmo in front of me this time, and it made the time go by that much quicker since I was focused on something else? Or I'm wondering if I just wasn't running that fast. I picked up it up I thought, but I don't know how to tell. The machines at the gym are way too fancy for me, and they measure just about everything on your body...there's way too much going on. I guess my biggest concern is that in all that time I only did like 4 laps? I don't know if I read it wrong, or if that's right. I feel like I have a ways to go....Anyway, after that I did speedwalking for 5 minutes.
Next, I rode the stationary bike for 20 minutes. My legs feel like jelly. Also, that machine confirmed my worst fear: 155 lbs. Gulp. I'm really hungry for dinner, but I'm too depressed to eat :(.
