Tonight I feel as though I made up for yesterday.
I started out on an elliptical, but it wasn't one of the ones I liked...it was more difficult today, than 2 days ago. I think I was on a higher level, 9 out of 20, than I think I was Wednesday. Maybe? These things are still too high tech for me. I did this for 30 minutes, and what concerns me about this is that I only ran like a mile and 10 meters? or 1.10? Whatever that means? I'm hoping it's wrong. In 30 minutes only 1??? I dunno.
Next I did my bff, the stationary bike. For 30 minutes on level 9. Out of 20 again. It wasn't as difficult as yesterday, and I got to enjoy a few chapters of my book while doing that.
Time to shower, and get ready to watch Grey's. If I don't freaking find out what is wrong with Izzie tonight then I might kill someone.

I'm missing greys, so dont spoil it for me. Brian is coming home tonight and i'm gonna go over and see pictures and help him unpack. I guess they have to evacuate the buliding for a couple days to make sure everything is okay.
Great job with the work out! I'm so proud of your commitiment!
Hi Maureen~ My advice to you would be to be careful not to attempt too much too soon, or you will get burned out and frustrated. Focus on a lifestyle change, establishing habits and routines that you can stick with in varying degrees over the rest of your life.
It's easy to start out thinking 'I need/want to lose weight', but don't lose sight of the big picture - change your habits, one step at a time, and the results will come naturally.
Don't be afraid to set up some time with one of the gym trainers to show you the equipment, how to use it, and even just get a basic plan down that you can follow for awhile! Allow recovery days in between workouts - especially since you are just getting in to it.
Read and comment on lots of blogs - you will get lots of inspiration and advice from others who have been there, are still there, and, you will learn much about yourself in the process!
Email me any time with questions (see my profile).
Good luck!
