Short and sweet:

I just wanted to update really quickly, and say what an amazing weekend I had! It was actually kind of difficult trying to get back into a routine today, because I spent 3 days not worrying about anything. I'm pretty exhausted because I got very little sleep last night, so I'm going to go to bed in a minute. I thought it was important to say how fantastic everything was though. Tomorrow morning I have to call the vet, and see if they can get Grady in asap. He has a funny mole-like sore on his paw, and it's starting to look scary. He's too young to start getting moles for one thing, plus this appears to be bothering him. The more I think about it the more nervous I get. I can't imagine that it would be anything good, or inexpensive. Undoubtedly I go to the priciest vet around...but they were great to me when Gracie died...so I don't know what else to do. I'm just hopeful that they'll say it's nothing? It doesn't look like nothing....

Anyway....Up north was great.

Hopefully I can report good news tomorrow.
